The weight of the daily challenges in life can easily become burdensome when our problems increase and we do not find the ability to unload some pressure. We are raised by caregivers who do not know how to reduce their own tensions; we are educated by teachers who have not learned about their own anxieties, we are expected to work for bosses who are not aware of their own shortcomings, and we are looking for the support of loved ones who suffer from their own insecurities. We grow up, go to school, make a living, and engage in relationships “under stress”; but who is supposed to teach us to unload our pressures? When do we learn about lifting stress?

Join Dr. Sadigh and his special guest, Felicia Marie Tomasko RN and LA Yoga Magazine Editor in Chief, to find out about your choices. Are you going to stay a victim of stress or will you raise beyond the sufferings of life? Whatever you decide, remember you are the caregivers, teachers, business people, and lovers who were not there when you needed them. Helping yourself secures future’s joy.
