She is the author of It's the Little Moments That Matter. A book that started out as a Christmas gift for Wendy's parents and has since found it's way into the hands of friends, strangers, the press and even the book experts. It is said that how you do anything is how you do everything. During our show we will explore the dimension of self love and responsibility as it relates to overall wellness and wellbeing. How to dwell in possibility rather than limitation. And how to notice those little moments that matter. There are 12 dimensions that contribute to the overall wellness and clarity of an individual. Each of our show will focus on one of the 12 areas. We will discuss that particular dimension and some actions and ideas you can use to immediately impact your level of wellness. Wellness is the new fitness, and wellness extends well beyond the physical boundaries of the body. To bring about changes in our state of personal health and well being, it is important to look at ourselves as a whole person - in body, mind, and spirit. Too often we compartmentalize and look at only one component rather than the relationship of the different components to the whole. Balance, Clarity, Focus, Feeling Good, High Energy Levels, Peace, Abundance are all words that describe the elements of wellness. Join us as we talk everything wellness.
