"Why Men Shouldn't Wait To Have Babies"

It's not just about fertility. Doctors regularly warn women to not wait to have children, but men shouldn't procrastinate on procreation either. According to new research published in JAMA Psychiatry, older fathers carry an increased risk of having children with schizophrenia, mental retardation and autism spectrum disorders. And the children of young mothers are at risk for substance abuse, hyperactivity and mental retardation.
