Generation X vs. Generation Y

There is a distinct difference between the behaviors of Generation X and Generation Y (aka the Millennials). There are misunderstanding and stereotypes that need to be addressed; so that each will best know how to interact with the other.

My special guest is Jaye Baron Sadler: A writer, social entrepreneur, and advocate for the LGBT millennial. He is going to dialogue with me about the gaps in understanding and what his generation thinks about Generation X.
