We have all heard stories of women living with HIV. The tales have been diverse and some even gained national attention. However, with all the stories I have heard (and I've heard a lot) Robin Barkins has one of the grittiest around. In this episode she takes us to the streets of New Orleans and shares her experiences with drugs, crime, sex, and living with HIV. 

Also, we will be joined by Spencer Collins IV who is going to promote an upcoming event recognizing World AIDS Day that we should all support.
