Meet Cheryl Cottrill, Executive Director of Women in Nuclear an organization located in Kincardine. WiN (Women in Nuclear) is a world-wide association of women working professionally in various fields of nuclear energy and radiation applications. Cheryl has worked for Bruce Power gaining the experience and insight needed to fill her position.

WiN-Canada was formed in early 2004 and has been working to support the objectives of the association to emphasize and support the role that women can and do have in addressing the general public's concerns about nuclear energy and the application of radiation and nuclear technology. The organization provides an opportunity for women to succeed through mentoring, networking, and personal development opportunities.

WiN Global is a not-for-profit organization, with around 4000 members in 91 countries. Membership includes women working in medicine and health care, in regulatory authorities, in industry and as independent researchers. The organization is open to anyone involved in the factual promotion of nuclear activities who will adhere to the goals of the charter.
