But the area of Spring Valley, NY from Maple Avenue, Myrtle Avenue and The Hill Section is known for Hustlers, Drugs & Money. It seems as though everyone wants to be in control, but there can only be one “King of the Hill”. Ja'Shon grew up in the streets of Spring Valley and now he's in a race against time to leave his life of crime and drama to save himself and the woman he loves.

Ja'Shon is a Drug King Pin and The General of the “Brick Layers”, Dennis Yates is second in command, Ron Ron is the Enforcer.  The Brick Layers are at war with the Italians and whoever else comes out the woodworks for control of these streets. They make their money on these streets and they refuse to let anyone get in their way. When the money starts to pile up, disloyalty, betrayal and hate creep into their circle.
