Your team leader will be setting up a conference call for all of you to introduce yourself and to discuss the information you will provide in the section below. · Please remember a few important things about the conference call · There will be at least 2 in January · All will be recorded · You should do your best to attend both live - otherwise you won't get the benefit of a live connection to someone on the Diva Toolbox · Please be polite and considerate of time when you are introducing yourself during the call o we have all been witness to someone who doesn’t realize that that their 2 minutes has become 10 minutes! o Your leader will have a mute button and I am going to ask each leader to be brave for the sake of the whole team and mute anyone who goes over 2 minutes on the intro o There are 12 of you on the team - so the intros will take 24 minutes o You will have an opportunity to have an open conversation after everyone has a chance to introduce themselves o During the open call time § you should consider what someone else said and make a suggestion for a connection § share info about a great seminar or program § ask to be an affiliate of someone else on the call § ask someone to connect off line because they sell the product/service before/after someone buys from you § ok enough from me - you all know how to do - pretend you are at a kitchen table with the other people on the call and be you - that is the best person you can bring to the table and the one they will all like and want to help and share connections with in 2011! o After two calls we will evaluate whether to change the teams for February so you can meet more people - or if we keep the teams the same. § You will get a survey the last week of January to provide feedback. § I would really like to see you all on different teams each month.
