Alexis Pettway is a poetry author from Bridgeport, CT

At the young age of twelve she found her love of poetry.

Poetry is her passion, her purpose and most of all her gift.

Her emotional ups and downs inspire her writing as well as the stories of others.

She cites that she writes for her therapy and shares it for the therapy of others.

Alexis takes great care in always speaking on the fact that her gift of poetry is her gift from God.

It is a gift that she is extremely grateful for and one that she will forever cherish.

To date she has two self-published books, Journey Thru Love and Journey Thru love part 2: Every Journey has its end.

She plans to publish many more books including children books she wrote in her childhood.
