Recently I write an article taking a statistical look at the quality of the recent batch of films produced by both Pixar and Walt Disney Animation. What I found was that once the difference in the studios was vast with Pixar leading the world in terms of quality and financial success. A recent resurgence from Walt Disney Animation Studios has closed that gap though and some even claim, given them the edge. Let's put those stats aside though and just discuss our fan interest in both. Has one taken the lead? Are they neck in neck? What about future projects? Does one studio have our attention more than it's in company brethren?
