When and Why We Rise

Great Day to you Tea Sippers! As we are kicking off my birthday season, today's episode is going to piggyback off of the new mini-series, "When We Rise" which aired its first installment on Feb 27, 2017. Here's what's on my mind this time: * Racism/Supremacy and the LGBTQ COMMUNITY- IS IT REAL? * We continously hear HIS story, but what is OURS?- Why can't the books be written correctly and include everyone's truth and representation? * Side Piece vs. FB vs. Friends with Benefits- have we created a sub culture of being 2nd fiddle to avoid responsibility? * Manners and Common Courtesy- Why aren't we neighborly anymore?
