Kate Massot from VOYCE talks about the services they offer to residents of skilled nursing facilities and to caregivers who are looking for specific situations in senior housing.
Kate Massot joined VOYCE in January of 2013 as Regional Ombudsman Coordinator for Northeast Missouri and St. Louis City. In this role, she is responsible for promoting the highest quality of care for residents of long-term care and overseeing the volunteer ombudsmen who visit facilities in those regions.
