Derrick Simms was born and raised in Caroline County located in the outskirts of Richmond, Va. He has worked with many artists across VA as well as other underground artists from West Virginia, London, and New York. His style ranges from singing R&B power ballads, amazing melodies with catchy hooks as well as a little rap style he has developed.
