BCCDA's mandate is to provide a central networking, education, and training service to develop the knowledge and skills of its members, thus enhancing their effectiveness for serving their clientele. The Association administers the CCDP designation, Certified Career Development Practitioner. BCCDA has an active board of directors, Membership, Professional Development and Finance Committees. We recently completed an ambitious 3-Year Plan with eleven key initiatives in Governance, Membership & Business Development and Stakeholder Relations.

 Donna Brendon has worked for BC Career Development Association for two years. Previously she was Membership Manager for BC Food Processors Association. At BCFPA, she worked with member committees, Operations, Human Resources, Sales & Marketing, Membership and Advocacy.
