The last 6 months have been hard on so many people:
loosing job
working from home
homeschooling children (reading children story every Wed at 2 PM PST on FB Live)
being bored
gaining weight: grazing, snacking, lack of exercise, depressed, lack of physical social life, physical distancing, etc.
Social Media, Telephone, Email, Snail mail, Skype, Zoom, etc is fine, though does NOT replace the real connection.
Weddings, Funerals, Graduations.... --> mental stress

How to be pro-active and prevent:
exercise, healthy nutrition, healthy mindset, hydration 64 - 100 oz water/day
Schedule exercise time into your daily schedule (home or work):
Read, not News (my Stress Reduction Book on Amazon for suggestions)
Decide on where you are, want to be in a year, 5 years, 10 years (baseline InBody test)
Ask for help to create a daily schedule that is beneficial to you and you can follow.
Set a precedence for your loved ones, esp. children
Take charge of your health
Take a health goal assessment (incl. mind, body, finances, stress, concerns)
Use STOP, CHALLENGE, CHOOSE to finalize your decision then stick with it.
