We live in a world of high-tech, hand held conveniences, up-to-the minute information and instant contact. It no longer matters what we’re wearing, how cheery or clear our voices sound, if our hair is combed or if we have our contacts in!

 Gone by the wayside, for the most part, are the “old school” skills like a firm handshake, eye contact, voice projection and inflection for making a point, and the importance of making that in-person human connection to ensure our message got received the way we intended.
