ya tu sabe!! I mean the noise I am talking about is not the grocery list or what to get Tio for christmas. It's the noise that alters your perception and can be confused with the powerful word we all hear called fear. However we all know fear isn't even real it's a great word that Marketing pros have monetized in every self help book including mine( so no I am not judging I have a different take). Now if you say emotions, those right there can scare the living platanos out of you no matter what the situation may be.
