The Unknown Zone: Was the election of Trump predicted in a book as in 1893?

Science still debates time travel.  Mystics know it's real or should we more accurately state that time is an illusion, is variable and in some dimensions doesn't exist at all.  All of reality in the 3rd dimension has already happened and for some reason we as humans play it out unawares.
Then along came Donald J Trump who in 2016 was elected President of the US.  Odd as that was, still odder is the fact that a book titled, The Travels and Adventures of Little Baron Trump was written in 1893 by Ingersoll Lockwood.   The parallels to the real life Trump and the book of fiction are uncanny.  Did the author tap into the future?
