Chicago, 4 area youths all under the age of 19 were involved in what was reported a taking a white teen into a building on west Washington Street in the loop and attacking him using a theme of Donald Trump as President to create terrorism  The outrage was due to a young lady involved in this crime filming this attack with her cell phone but there was more to this story. The issue is not just the action, filming and using social media as a foreground to create environments for anyone to create a image of fear, facing the worse crisis in America History, a plight of teenagers many who are African American involved in violence, Children/teen adulthood without guidance and fear of things to come.
