Equality means that every man woman and child has the right to walk the streets without harassment, receive equal rights to the very same salaries paid for the very same work with increases to those who exceed pass the required work. You have the right to freedom of youe choice of living and in these rights you are not placed into slavery based on color race and or nationality. 

Since slavey every other class of people who were placed in America who had to work for they're freedom are now allowed rights more than those of what was allegedly granted to Blacks as properties were stolen, they were lied to about RED LINES IN THE MORTGAGE INDUSTRY, they never received equal rights to law enforcement and the list goes on and on as I witnessed this from working from within many of the worlds largest corporations and the hiring policies and the lack of equal pay to the very same jobs whites had. In addition even our social security benefits are not right as i witnessed as being an accountant the salaries of white counterpart all and all there were thousands of dollars missing while we had the so-called equal pay act which was mandated by the federal government on the books. Yes I complained but we as blacks stand still on these issues as we are taught not to come back with anything as we knew that we will allowed just set asides and left overs from any and all other races on this planet. I also witnessed and fought without any assistance nor aid from any so-called civil rights organization the rights of my beloved childrenn tossed to the wind maybe because I am outspoken but I was attempting to do as I had done within many corporations which was the create a passage for all of us explaining and then showing how to stop this but now we allowed the corruption of those who continously hold on to the slave dream to rise back up as we are now witnessing a war against all humanity by a few.
