There are so many Gospel quartet groups in the music industry today. But, there is non like "The Sons Of Harmony". Introducing, “The Sons Of Harmony” The original members of the group formed The Sons of Harmony in the summer of 1999, while in drug and alcohol rehabilitation in Baltimore, Md. Most of the current members are not the originals that formed the group. Out of the original four member group, only two remained. They are best known for their acapella style singing. Their singing style in an old school genre. They have performed on stage with The Gospel Keynotes, the Fantastic Violinaires and Lil David & The Bells of Joy just to name a few. Musical History Awards include: 2007 Fred Newsome Award for “Best a’ Cappella Group of the Year 2009/10 Nominees at the Independent Music Song Award 2nd Place in the 2009 Security Square Mall Choir & Quartet Competition in Baltimore, MD 2010 Black Essence Music Award Winners Along with recognition by the Cambridge Honor Society for their inspiring story of perseverance in the face of adversity and the vision for their ministry in the future, The Sons Of Harmony have become a icon in the gospel quartet industry. In a decade, The Sons of Harmony have completely transformed their lives. Through their music, they hope that others may experience the same thing, which is why the heart of their ministry is in the healing, restoration and reconciliation of those whose lives have been shattered through drug addiction.
