Interview with Alison Canty a trauma survivor who is working to help various community understand the affects of trauma and disabilities. As a result of a teenage encounter that not only impacted her learning even more, Alison has been appointed by MN Governor Mark Dayton to sit on a the Star Advisory Council, a participant in leadership program through Governors Office, developing sexual assault outreach measures, and recently was appointed to work on the Olmstead Plan that will provide more awareness of disabilities.
