Its a good idea, when you are starting your journey with crystal healing, to start a "Crystal Journal", so you will need a notebook for this journal. You will learn what to expect during a crystal healing session with a professional crystal therapist. We will learn what contra-indications are. You will learn how to choose crystals, and how to cleanse them. We will learn what energies to use in charging the crystals. We also will learn about chakras.
