Emma is a straight A High Honor Student and a member of the Gifted and Talented. Currently she is a member of the News Crew, Safety Patrol, Titan Tunes, and is a Peer Mentor. In previous semesters she has also participated in Chess Club, Green Team, and Girls on the Run. In her free time Emma loves to spend her time dancing, reading, and volunteering. In 2015 Emma founded her organization Cards To Inspire. Her website connects students and families with soldiers, children, families, and the elderly who are in need of an uplifting note. Since being crowned Miss South Carolina Junior High 2016 Emma has become actively involved with B.R.A.V.E. the official platform and anti-bullying campaign of the Miss Jr. High, High School, and Collegiate America Organization. She has launched her platform: Emma’s Become Brave ~ Playing it Forward . Emma strongly believes it is important for students even as young as Kindergarten to become involved with bullying prevention. It is Emma’s goal to help create awareness and to promote a bully-free environment so students of any age can learn.

Emma plans to attend Clemson University and double major in marketing and communications.
