A Blue Boa Solution

Many of us have difficulties we need to overcome with our jobs.  Sometimes, the solution is the modification of a tool we already use.  Dental Hygienists often have trouble keeping water from building up in the patients mouth when using equipment like ultrasonic cleaners.  Shirley Gutkowski, Host of Cross Link Radio, speaks with Ann Arrington about her product Blue Boa, that takes care of that issue and helps make providing clinical care easier and more efficient for Dental Hygienists. 

Ann Arrington is a dental hygienist from Ogden, Utah. Her interest in dentistry began with her first high school job as an orthodontic assistant. She graduated from Weber State University and has been a hygienist for 22 years. She is the owner and developer of the Blue Boa, a hands free suctioning system. Outside of dentistry, she loves spending time with her husband and four children. Her hobbies include white water rafting, swimming, biking, and sports. Ann also works a collegiate basketball referee. Her addictions are family and chocolate!
