Underground Doggy Railroad

Rita Berge is a dog lover. She cannot bear to see a dog in trouble or in danger. So, naturally, when someone asked her to be part of a dog resuce she was all about it. 

She and her husband, Rich, travel 300 or so miles to pick-up a dog from another resuce person bringing the dog from another 150 miles away and drives the dog to another waiting rescue person until the dog arrives at his or her final destination. A family who will love him.
