“Winning is not a sometime thing, it is an all the time thing. You don’t do things right once in a while…you do them right all the time.” –Vince Lombardi
You have heard the statement over and over. “It’s not whether you win or lose, it’s how you play the game.” Is this a correct statement and what happens when this principle is accepted by the Church, a business, or a nation? Does winning or success tell us something about the characteristics of the winner and/or the loser? Is losing bad luck or lack of virtue?
The Church is losing on all fronts due to lack of virtue not bad luck. The only way this turns around is for the pure Church to rise from the ash heaps of second-rate Christianity. The Church must recover the virtues that produce victory! Recover a vision for victory and restore the tradition, pride, and excellence that comes from working hard in truth.
