Jacksonville’s own, Moon Pie, joins us for the hour.  He is a great dude, who is frankly hard to sum up in just a few words, because he acts, he brings the funny and is such a great asset to our community and media of all types.  As I am from Mobile, Alabama, it made me obsessed with a song I used to hear all of the time, “Bubba likes Moonpies.”  I even issued a challenge to listeners for $50 if a listener could find the song.

(someone eventually sent it to us).

We spent a great portion of the hour talking copyright and trademark infringement.  Jason Dowd joined us and told a story where he lost a piece of artwork to a Chinese company, because Jason failed to protect his copyright.  A Court even deemed it “public domain” and allowed the Chinese company to keep all of the profits, as it was selling Jason’s work for $20 each and branded it as its own.  Don’t let it happen to you.  We tell you how.
