008 2012 Conservative Latino Talk Radio discusses the so called "Fiscal Cliff" where it is clear the Democrats seek to change the balance of power between the congress and the executive by demanding unilateral authority of the executive to expand the debt ceiling.  This radical action by the Democrats is coupled with continued efforts to seek more taxation and so called "stimulus" spending.  Meanwhile the Republicans seek spending cuts in popular services.

Also, a federal judge hearing a defense of marriage case from Nevada upheld the state law against a homosexual community complaint that it violated the equal protection clause of the 14th amendement.  I discuss why I appreciate that.

I mention again how there is increasing entropy in the world, especially in the middle east and the far east and I don't believe the Obama administration is qualified to address it.

I, lastly, mention that the Christmas season began yesterday with Advent and I urge people to spend money on charity not on "stuff" and I urge people to charity work during this season.
