0116 2010, Tues, July 13, Conservative Latino Talk radio is hard hitting conservative political analysis not found anywhere. America and the Republican party are in need of leadership. In the 1970s, times were hard and Jimmy Carter only made things worse. America was downtrodden like a team with too many losses, demoralized, exhausted and a leader, iconic, was recognized: Ronald Reagan. Today, times are not dissimilar, the economy is down, our enemies salivate at our weakness and lack of resolve, our pal Barry has proved to be a liar and a socialist with policies that threaten not only our economy but our moral fiber also. The Republican is splintered with Tea Partiers here, crypto-libertarians there, and the nativist agenda folks worming their way in, the Republican party also needs leadership. Who will that be? Newt Gingrich, former House speaker, thinks it may be him as he mulls a run for the White House. Whom else? Meanwhile, Project 21 denounces the NAACP's condemnation of Tea Party movement as racist. BP announces they may have success containing the Macondo spill finally. While Interior SEcy Salazar has instituted a new deep water drilling ban. Lastly, I discuss the moral decline in our nation, with commercialized voyeurism on display on television each night, is it any wonder our nation struggles with fundamental morality. The US Conference of CAtholic Bishops decries a federal court ruling that overturns a defense of marriage act.
