I then discuss the politics and politicos involved with the decision by our pal Barry to kill manned space exploration while simultaneously telling us that doing so will somehow accelerate the entire enterprise. This was done while they cited a new timeline that is more than a decade slower than the present Constellation system which they have planned to kill. By the way, in a private speach to the assembled NASA staff, Gen. Bolden followed the Obama policy of blaming President Bush. The politics are obvious!
