Host Lisa Ruth talks with Communities Digital News investigative reporter Michael Volpe and Communities columnists T.J. O'Hara and Paul Mountjoy on the danger of experts who bring bias and personally based anecdotal incidences to bear when offering testimony that leads to legal decisions that not only harm, but kill. Caught in the crossfires of experts are spouses attempting to escape abuse and children who become pawns.

IN his article The unforgiveable betrayals of Dr. Stanton Samenow (http://www.commdiginews.com/featured/the-unforgiveable-betrayals-of-dr-stanton-samenow-41487)  Michael Volpe relates the stories of Tommy Moffett, Anette Yunker, and Jeff Wine concerning their interactions with Dr. Samenow. Volpe also spoke to Chris Mackney prior to his suicide. All had interactions with Dr. Samenow that they say were filled with lies and errors that damaged their families and children.

Statements by these individuals suggest that Dr. Samenow testified not as an unbiased expert but in favor of the party who paid him a higher fee.

Dr. Stanton Samenow has testified as an expert in criminal and civil trials thousands of times. He is the author of several books.
