Are our Constitution and Constitutional rights being violated by the government?  Can we stop it if it is? Should we?

One man claims that the best way to deal with this madness is by scrapping the idea of steadfast adherence to the Constitution altogether. Louis Michael Seidman is a professor of law at Georgetown University. Last year, his book on Constitutional Disobedience made serious waves.

Its title really does explain why that was.

Professor Seidman joins us for a frank discussion about his legal philosophy on the next episode of Cotto & Company; a new thirty-minute-or-so online radio program featuring independent voices who shape our society. Regardless of partisan registration, political philosophy, or personal worldview, the goal is sharing diverse, and often innovative, ideas that we all can learn from.

Joseph Cotto, a nationally syndicated columnist, seeks to bring about a deeper understading of the issues that impact oursociety - from politics to socially acceptable behaviour, which are often not one and the same. On Cotto & Co. your host seeks out the deep thinker you may not be aware of, and asks them to explain the complexities of the world around.

Joseph Cotto beleives that we may not always agree, but we should be able to see eye to eye.
