When you were a student, did you ever say, "My teacher just doesn't understand me." That may have been very true.

The education system makes sure that teachers are well-trained in their areas of expertise. But often they are left to develop positive relationship skills on their own.

CLASS Radio welcomes, Linda Gilden back to the show!

A study of the personalities can help teachers understand their students and their fellow teachers.

If a teacher can:
"A" - Acquire knowledge of the personalities
"B" - Be intentional about using it
"C" - Choose a method of learning that is right for each student, his or her classroom will be a place where true learning takes place.
