Colchonero Chat 25: Eibar and FIFA TOTY shenanigans

Colchonero Chat came very close to suffering frostbite at Ipurua, but has made a miraculous recovery in time for this podcast.

Euan McTear (@emctear) makes his second consecutive appearance to analyze Atletico Madrid's grind-it-out win at Eibar on Saturday, which featured ignored penalty appeals and an offside goal, plus the end of Antoine Griezmann's league goal drought.

Talk then shifts briefly to Atletico's Copa del Rey last 16 second leg vs. Las Palmas (note: this episode was recorded prior to Atleti's 3-2 loss in that match) and then to Monday's FIFA The Best gala in Zurich, which saw Griezmann make the trip as Atleti's sole representative and promptly miss out on the FIFPro Best XI.
