Robert Skinner has been Chairman (2015-Present) of and served on the Jackson Rent Leving Board since 2012, is serving as Ocean County Committeeman on his second 4 year volunteer term in office, and was a member of the Jackson Private Residential Communities Advisory Board from 2009-2012.  He also served in various capacities as a board member and president (2009-2012) of the 60 Acre Reserve Community from 2007-2012.  He is also a licensed commercial real estate salesperson in both New York and New Jersey.  He previously hosted and produced his own radio show on NYC Real Estate.
