You enter a trance approximately 29 times a day.  There are so many trances that individuals continue to run their lives with.  For example there is the relationship trance, money trance, movie trance, health trance, body trance, driving trance, creativity trance, cultural trance and even when we get into psychology there is the victim trance, entitlement trance, melodrama trance, addiction trance, etc.

These trances are so pervasive that many don't know they are in a waking trance.  It is time now to break out of these self-imposed trances and create a life worth living.  When you allow these trances to run your life than you can't see the silver lining of the human existence and these trances keep you stuck.

Society, companies, advertisers, governments, families, friends, etc. keep you in a trance because they make you believe you will be safe with whatever they are telling you.
