Wednesday Wind Down - Should schools give out birth control?

According to the New York Post the Department of Education is giving out morning-after pills and other birth control drugs to students at 13 high schools - without the parents consent.  How do you feel about this?  Is the school over stepping its boundaries by doing this?  And how can they get away with it seeing that these are minors they are passing the contraceptives out to?
