What is the Ultimate Success Superpower?

People often say there is no secret to success or if there is one then it is all about hard work, putting in the hours, making the contacts and building the right relationships etc. Sounds like a great plan and it might be true that this is all required, but it is hardly a secret and hardly feels like a potential shortcut to success. We are all looking for it and well we should actually have a few shortcuts because we have been at the success thing for some time now, surely we have learned some great lessons that would help others do it faster. I would appear not. So why do I think I have the secret for success? Because the one thing that I know will set your business free and propel to the success you desire ... is YOU. But what is it about YOU that forms this secret and WHY is it that people are not using this secret to create success.

Simply it is this - for those that do it, they do not see it as a secret because it is something they naturally do. Then when they mentor those that want the secret they do not give it as they do not know it to give.
