Kelly's guest is Personal Trainer, Body Building Champion and Mindset Coach Karolina Chesters. Kelly and Karolina will discuss how women can learn love their bodies by creating the right mindset and emotions so they can live a healthy, balanced life and fulfil their true potential without the “struggle” that is so often seen as an unavoidable part of body transformation and healthy living.

Karolina started her fitness career back in Poland where she comes from. During her collage times she fall in love with fitness and became Fitness Instructor. After many years working back in Poland she moved to London to continue her life and career in the Bigger City.

It’s here where she gained more experience as a fitness instructor for Les Mills and then qualify as a Personal Trainer through NASM School (National Academy of Sports Medicine).

She then went on to compete in body fitness contests and after winning couple of competitions in 2011 and 2012 she finished her body fitness career in 2013 by placing second in UKBFF Championship, the biggest Body Building Show in UK.

During her competition period she realized how important is to have the right mindset in order to achieve goals and she went off to qualify as NLP Master practitioner and hypnotist therapist, completing the Chris Howard Transformational Coaching Program.  

Karolina’s mission is to help women learn about their bodies, mindset and emotions so their can live a healthy, balanced life and fulfil their true potential without the “struggle” that is so often seen as an unavoidable part of body transformation and healthy living.
