The Edutainer: Connecting the Art & Science of Teaching

The effective educator of the 21st Century is an Edutainer.  This concept is derived from the principles that make for an effective combination of both educator and entertainer.  The Edutainer understands that a change in culture requires a change in methods and presentation.The focus of education today has to transition from information to application.  Education has to be relevant, engaging, and applicable for students to find it meaningful.   Therefore, the 21st century's educator must decide what methodologies need to be repeated or altered in today's classroom.
