Begin with the end in mind. What do you see yourself becoming? - Lisa Will

In this 2015 Vision Casting episode, join Lisa Will as she fashions Stonz Wear into reality. With her unwavering resolve to smart design to meet the niche of kids' wear, she has created a brand that has stood out in quality and authenticity - and continues to do so.

How did Lisa realize her vision for Stonz Wear?

  • Solid Purpose: begin with the end in mind.
  • Solid Financials: know your numbers.
  • Solid A Team: build a like-minded tribe.

Lisa founded her million-dollar company from the need to find her young son a suitable footwear that stayed on. 10 years after the company's initial conception in 2004, Stonz Wear has grown into a thriving business in worldwide wholesale and retail markets. The company has been awarded the Canadian Pediatric Seal of Approval in 2012 and honored by organizations such as Mom's Best, National Parenting Center, iParenting, and Creative Child Magazine Awards. Lisa earned the RBC Women Entrepreneur of the Year Western finalist in the year 2010. And most recently, she was nominated for the Ersnt & Young 2014 North American EY Entrepreneurial Winning Women Program.

Today, Stonz Wear has extended its reach from Canada, to the US, Chile, New Zealand, Japan, Korea, Scandinavia, UK, and Europe, from the miraculous beginning of one stall at a Vancouver gift show in 2004.
