Go Forward: Ensuring the business keeps going

We all must face it, but none of us want to admit it.  One day, we will be gone.  And when we leave, what happens to all that hard work you spent the last 40 years of your life doing?

What is your plan for your business after you have left this earth?  Pass it on to your kids, hand it over to the long lost nephew - whatever your plan is, you will want to make sure you have everything in order for a smooth transition.
