Happiness, as the old adage goes, is an inside job. Happiness is not a destination, but a journey—and when you start your contentment trek, you may find that the ingredients for happiness have been there all the while (waiting for you!), and you discover the life that you ought to be living is the one you are living, already!
Join Coach Cafe this Friday as we interview Louise Baxter Harmon, author of Happiness A to Z: The Gleeful Guide to Finding and Following Your Bliss. With an entire alphabet of happiness, each of the 26 chapters is filled with ideas and inspiration for attaining a life filled with joy. Louise will share ideas you can apply to your own life to increase your happiness. Her book includes perspectives on happiness from classic writers such as Albert Camus, Emily Dickinson, and Kahlil Gibran, as well as contemporary figures such as Deepak Chopra and Oprah Winfrey.
