30:00 - The Santa Rosa Creek Tribe Report, with Chief Dan Sky-Horse.  We had a ton to talk about, mostly how American Indian government works, primarily the Iroquois Nation, whose government and court structure are the basis of our own legislative, judicial, and executive separation of powers.  Also how the Creek Tribal Council governs by consensus, rather than simple majority as in a democracy, and that makes for fewer, but far better, decisions.
