Developing Personal Mission

It's one thing to have a church mission statement. It's quite another to know your own, and yet there are many church leaders who are desperately trying to "fit in" with where their church is going, only to be frustrated and not knowing why. Knowing your personal mission helps to clarify your calling ... and just as importantly, allows you to be clear about your part in the church's mission.
