Bill knew from an early age that he wanted to be an artist. We'll discuss his work, of which I am a fan, and how he feels God influences the creative process; how art gets translated into form and substance. I'm always interested in the almost unanswerable question... is the artist made or born. I personally think there is illustration and then there is art. True artists are compelled to create whether they are fully recognized, whether rich or poor, whether happy with their lot in life or not. The art itself is the calling and a reflection of the Creator's personality.
