Overseer Hills has been in ministry for 32 years and is an anointed worship leader, pastor, sought after conference speaker, and prophetess.

She founded Team Ministry in 2002, which offers a mentoring program and serves as an umbrella for several world-wide outreach ministries including a national/weekly intercessory prayer ministry, a ministerial training school, and a live streaming week-day Bible study with her husband in the ministry.
