Dr. Loretta Young-Wright is a consultant, author and co-founder of the Institute for Vision in Education and Efficacy, Inc., a non-for-profit, 501 (C) 3 organization. An experienced leader in the areas of social work and education, Dr. Young-Wright provides services in administration, supervision, program evaluation, professional development and clinical counseling.  She has worked extensively with child welfare organizations, educational institutions and those in the juvenile justice system.  Her most recent book, Morning Joy Persevering Parents Raising Generations, is a collection of parenting stories demonstrating the challenges and triumphs of raising generations. 

Dr. Young-Wright is married to Lester Wright and is the grandmother of Kaylah, Taji, Malik and Trae.  She is a member of several social organizations including Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. (Zeta Tau Zeta Chapter), the National Association of Social Workers, The Red Hatter’s Society and the National Association of University Women.
