Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASAs) and their Role in Wyoming Juvenile Court.

Carol Tullio with the Laramie County CASA Program and other CASA directors around Wyoming will provide an overview of the role of a CASA in Wyoming Juvenile Court cases. The presentation will include an examination of Rule 8 of the Wyoming Rules of Procedure for Juvenile Courts: CASA Provisions.  Presenters will provide information about required CASA qualifications, how CASAs are appointed and the roles and responsibilities of a CASA. CASA directors will also share information about their programs and how they function similarly or differently in each jurisdiction.
